12 Gifts of Christmas ~ for Neighbors & Teachers

Here's a roundup of great ideas for a little something special to give your wonderful neighbors & teachers.
I'm considering doing #4 or #6 this year myself....and realizing that I'm quickly running out of time.
How about you??  Maybe you'll find an idea here : )

1) Apron in a Jar
from Decor and the Dog
Have a teacher or neighbor that loves to cook?  A homemade apron packed in a canning jar is delightful!
You could put it in a basket with a cookie mix and cookie cutters : )

 2) DIY Peppermint Sugar Scrub
How cute is this?!  I love the way it's packaged.  An easy project with great presentation.

3) Doily-Stenciled Monogram Tote Bag
Been seeing this idea since last year and I still think it's fab.  This would be great for a teacher!

4) DIY Painted Spoons
w/ a Pretty Kitchen Towel
I'm lovin' these painted spoons!  What a fun project.
I'm considering making a run to Dollar Tree and letting Little Man help me paint spoons
while I ruffle up some flour sack towels with Christmas fabrics to go with them.

5) Snowman Jar Cocoa Mix
I can't resist a snowman, and this one warmed my heart.  Easy and adorable!

6) Stovetop Christmas Potpourri Packs
I saw some of these on pinterest and thought it looked like a great gift for neighbors.
You could be very creative with how you wrap it up and tag it with instructions.

7) Snowman Bits & Pieces Kit:
Just Add Snow
This is adorable, and looks like it could be a family favorite for years to come.  I just did a No-Melt Frosty the Snowman Kit with my boys, but this one you would use on a real snowman.  Love.  It.

8) Handmade Christmas Tags & Box
I never thought about doing this, but I think it's a great idea!  Everyone loves fancy tags to pretty up packages, so why not make a set AS the gift?  The little wound clips of colored bakers twine are perfect!

9) Cinnamon Stick Candle
These look so lovely, and I'm sure they smell fantastic, too!

10) Upcycled Jar Luminaries
So pretty, and I love the tags on the fronts...I've started saving all my sauce jars ; )

11) Ice Cream Sundae Kit
How fun is this?!  All the goodies except the ice cream, boxed up super cute.  Great idea!

12) Christmas Card Garland
I love this idea!  And besides that, it looks like it would be a really fun project to do!
